If people were braver, they’d be happier.
And I dreamt of being unafraid.

Where’s Pluto?
So far, work has been fast, tiring, but extremely amazing.
Today, I was uploading photos onto our Keck Institute of Space Studies website. My manager, NASA’s own Michele Judd (An awesome lady she is), went through every single image and described how funny each person was when they were presenting their lecture. Although I have already met everyone while I was helping out at our April 30th-May 3rd In Situ Science and Instrumentation for Primitive Bodies workshop, little did I know, I met the man who “killed Pluto”, Mike Brown, without even realizing.
Poor man couldn’t stop receiving hate mail from the little kids who loved Pluto. I didn’t know what else to think, but it was actually kind of hilarious and I couldn’t stop laughing. We’ve built a little innocent joke about the killer of Pluto in the department of space studies. I’m still thinking about it right now and I can’t stop giggling. I wonder how many letters and emails he received from those passionate, young minded, and imaginative totters. In the mean time, I’m still getting use to Eris as being our new largest dwarf and ninth planet from the Sun. It has been awhile, but I still miss Pluto.

The Avengers
Captain America: Big man in a suit of armor, take that away – what are you?
Iron Man: Uh… genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist
I just got home from seeing The Avengers with my siblings because there was no way I was going to miss out on all the action. After all the no seats available, ticket exchange for another time and waiting in line, it was pretty awesome. The Avengers is the fourth movie I’ve seen this week. Now that I’m home, I would like to just have some yummy chocolate cake and think about the movie again.
